About Camp Poppasquaw
The highlight of the summer recreation program is Camp Poppasquaw. This is a seven-week program for Bristol children between the ages of six and fourteen. The camp day is filled with a wide variety of activities such as swimming, tennis, arts and crafts, soccer, kick-ball, and much more! Transportation is provided from the Town Common, Veteran's Park, Coelho Park, Cedarcrest Park, and Sowams Park to the Town Beach. Each child is placed in an age-appropriate group and supervised throughout the day by trained staff members.
We also have specialty staff for tennis, music, dance and arts and crafts.
